Israel’s early career also included pivotal roles at Beacon/Ocean Promenade Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, where he directed the facility's post-crisis remodeling efforts and managed property operations effectively.

With a Bachelor of Arts from Touro College and a background in healthcare, coupled with a California Real Estate Broker license, Israel brings a unique blend of leadership, technical expertise, and innovative thinking to the real estate industry. Having worked with some of the largest operators in the State, Ari has a proven track record of effectively increasing facility profitability and operational competency.

Ari understands just how important it is that nursing operators provide a full scope of quality services, to ensure residents receive the highest level of care and satisfaction. At the same time, each facility employee, from Administration to Clinical, to Janitorial, each play a key role in ensuring residents receive this high level of care. Effective management is essential to ensuring employee competency and employee satisfaction, which in turn has a significant impact on resident care.

Ari has a proven track record of assisting underperforming facilities developing quality services while minimizing spending and increasing revenue. His expertise propelled the facilities he has worked with forward to a new professional level of accountability, clinical responsibility, management, and earnings.

Dr. Kridikel TruthBey

Dr. Kridikel TruthBey is a distinguished Haitian American U.S. Policy Analyst whose primary focus lies in civic engagement and urban planning for restitution. She received her MFA in Therapy Arts in 2001, where she discovered the profound impact of the arts as a healing agent for mental health through evidence-based practices. I

n 2009, she earned a doctorate in Neurolinguistic Programming from New York. The same year, she faced the tragic loss of her son, Kingdom James, to gun violence in Brooklyn, a pivotal event that led her to establish The Kingdom Warriors Foundation (KWF) in Los Angeles in 2013. The foundation's mission is to create careers for the underserved, with a strong emphasis on reparations. KWF provides vocational training, job placement services, and advocates for policy changes to support economic opportunities for marginalized communities.

In 2016, Dr. TruthBey expanded her impact by founding The Ochrenah Policy Training Institute in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. This institute trains selected students in policy and economics, equipping them to address Haiti's economic challenges and foreign agitations. Through rigorous academic and practical training, students are empowered to become community leaders and advocates for sustainable development and reparations.

Currently, Dr. TruthBey collaborates with local organizations and international partners to educate families about the importance of reparations. She leads initiatives to create affordable housing solutions and state-of-the-art studios to support local artists and entrepreneurs. Notably, she contributed to the Presidential Task Force to Rebuild L.A., where she helped design citywide initiatives to restore communities affected by the Los Angeles Civil Uprising.

Her collaborative spirit has enabled her to build strong relationships with community stakeholders, including government agencies and universities. As a principal investigator, she secured funding for various programs and demonstration projects. Her expertise in marketing has also led to significant revenue streams for family service agencies and women’s counseling centers.

Dr. Mackabee-Anderson's professional experience includes roles as a Principal Consultant and Trainer for S.C.O.R.E. Business Advisor, an Executive Consultant for Arthur Jackson Residential Adult Program, Inc., and Executive Director positions at Hope’s Haven Children, Youth & Family Services, Inc., and Iris Center: Women’s Counseling & Recovery Services. She holds a PhD in Biblical Studies: Eschatology, an MA in Clinical Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, along with various certifications in real estate investment and food safety.

Her dedication to community service is evident through her involvement with organizations such as the Dr. Emma J. Clark Foundation, Veterans For Christ Ministry and Social Services, and her contributions to the Sickle Cell Awareness and Education Campaign.

Michael Jackson, Co-Founder and President of Ash Street Family Services Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, shares a personal connection with the organization's mission. Ash Street was born over 10 years ago amidst many hardships, life challenges, and recovery struggles of its co-founders, Michael Jackson and Mike Palmer.

The individual journeys and combined efforts of restoring their own broken lives and families, as well as overcoming significant barriers, became the inspiring backdrop for their mission to help others in similar situations—homeless people, substance abusers, ex-convicts, and others with traumatic pasts.Michael states, 'We worked extremely hard to restore our broken families. Now we work even harder to help restore and strengthen other broken families.” In the process, we all strive together to make our communities better places for everyone to live.

Since opening their doors, believing in second chances—and sometimes more when necessary—has continued to be a core value. With each milestone that Michael and his team reach, they are better able to fulfill their purpose of equipping men and their families for a better future.
